My script analysis looks at each scene to find what works and what needs improvement through story, plot, character, dialogue, description, structure, conflict, goals, motivation, tone, inner/external conflict, etc. I even rewrite a bit of description and dialogue here and there to give an example on how it can be improved (see samples below).
For the last several years I've been writing, rewriting, and analyzing screenplays for writers, actors, directors, and producers. I've worked on writing or rewriting over 30 screenplays to date and have sold five. Plus, I've read over 3,000 screenplays as a script analyst and for screenwriting contests.
MY SCREENPLAY ANALYSIS RESULTS: One writer won first prize and $10,000 in the L.A. Comedy Screenplay Competition.
