i need a co-signer for my girlfriend to bail out of jail.
i would co-sign for her myself if i OWNED A HOME/MY OWN BUSINESS
so im desperate, i need someone who owns a home/or business that will co-sign for my girl.
Her bail is set at $500k
realistically, you would be co-signing for about $40k.
but you wont ever have to pay a dime toward the bail. all i need is a signature (it would literally be temporary)
i say temporary because my girlfriend's ex died in a work accident back in xxxx, and she received an insurance settlement because of his death. She also gets paid monthly (direct deposits) every other week for the rest of her life!!
however, all bail bond places i have spoke with in the sacramento area, wont accept the annuity settlement as her monthly income. therefore she has "no way of proving" she can pay the bail bond off. which is why every bailbondsman i have spoken with have told me she needs a co-signer with property, in order to bail out of jail.
IF I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO SIGN, AND SHE ACTUAL MAKES BAIL, she would still be required to be on ankle monitor at a specific home address.
which will cost about $300+ a month to be on ankle monitor...
but thats not a problem.
BECAUSE AS SOON AS SHES OUT AND ON ANKLE MONITOR, SHE CAN PULL MONEY FROM HER SETTLEMENT AND PAY THE ENTIRE BAIL OFF LITERALLY WITHIN 30 DAYS.

Help me help my girlfriend please. its nearly impossible to fight a case within jail. You are limited to two hours of monitored phone time per day, hand written letters, and the other 22 hours of the day you are confined to a tiny cell.
All im asking is for help to get her out of Jail so she can have a real chance to fight her case fairly out here. where she can find and hire her own criminal defense attorney instead of a public defender appointed by the courts.
Its not fair what she has already gone through, and to think of the possibility of her spending the next 30+yrs behind bars.
please....you could literally be saving my girlfriend's life
