We'd like to begin by saying we are not investors, a bank, a hedge fund, or a private equity group. We're a married couple of 19 years and have been living (renting) in the Greenhaven/Pocket community for the past 10 years with an impeccable renting record. Our daughter attended Genevieve Didion and recently graduated from John F. Kennedy H.S. in June xxxx. The wife and I have consistent schedule C income, good credit, and the necessary down payment to enter into a Lease Option to Purchase with the right homeowner.
We'd like to establish a dialogue with a homeowner that maybe considering selling or just wants to move onto something else and hasn't found the right opportunity or there maybe challenges and obstacles you as homeowner maybe facing and are looking for a viable solution. In our quest to purchase a home we've constantly run into all too eager investors, and investment groups that outbid us, and lock up most of the homes in our price range, so we thought we'd think outside the box and try an unconventional approach.
