For sale today is a vintage Gibson Kalamazoo from early xxxx's, model K.C.H, serial number xxxx1. This amp is a very cool one of Gibson's tube guitar amps. Kalamazoo was Gibson's "budget" line, built in Kalamazoo Michigan. This must be one of the most attractive amplifiers of the era, with its checked tweed cover, with black and orange stripes, and a black crackle finish speaker grill. It is a small amplifier, measuring 12 inches wide, 10 inches high, and 8 inches deep. A single 6L6G tube drove the 6 inch electrodynamic (field coil) speaker. The power output is about 5 watts.
