The lease will be on a month to month basis for about 3-6 months until we are all sure you are a right fit for all housemates. We can talk about a longer term lease if everyone in the house resonates with each other.
The home is a 2-story, with an attached 2 car garage.
We have central heating and air conditioning.
Full kitchen with oven/stove, fridge, washer/dryer etc.
Plenty of extra space in the garage if you'd like to store a few things.
Renters will have full house privileges.
The utilities are: water, garbage, sewer, SMUD (electricity), PG&E and cable/high speed internet, which, as stated above, is ALL INCLUDED in the rental price of $550.00.
