Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)
- Sales / Business Development of clients to which the Johnson Group Inc. can provide Candidate Recruiting & Staffing Services.
- Drive sales of companies recruiting and staffing service lines
- Qualification of new business for our internal recruiting team to successfully fulfill.
- Warm and cold calling to generate new client business opportunities as well as to saturate existing clients.
- Conduct phone and face to face client meetings to present Johnson Group staffing and recruiting services.
- Attend architectural, engineering, environmental, and construction industry professional meetings and events; so as to keep a pulse on industry changes.
Sales Manager Skill & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or closely related field is required.
- Must have strong and highly effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of prior Sales / Business Development experience working for a Staffing or Recruiting company.
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Prior sales / business development experience in the staffing / recruiting services industry is required.
- Past sales experience within a service-oriented company or business is required.
- Must be comfortable meeting new people and cultivating business relationships with prospective clients.
- Must be articulate. Able to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively.
- Must be self-motivated and hungry. We tend to favor those whom are hardworking, resilient, and determined to see success.
- Must be computer proficient, skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
